Every year thousands of babies are born in our department and each and every one of them is special and dear to us. The doctors and midwives at the department have lots of experience and the high level of technology at their disposal help make the moment of childbirth even safer for you.
During a normal delivery, experienced midwives support and counsel you, but should things get complicated, a whole team of experienced gynaecologists and other specialists are standing behind you. Our professional midwives are there for you during the whole delivery and respect all your wishes.
You can also choose to have an individual midwife or a doctor present at your delivery, who is committed only to you during the whole delivery process.
After childbirth, the mother and the baby can recover in a general ward, a family ward or a mother and child room, as per their wish.
